Elizabeth's Veggie Wraps

by

1 package of 10 flour Tortia  wraps
( you can buy the flavored ones. . I just buy the plain ones)

2 pkg. of spreadable Philadelphia cream cheese ( in the plastic 227 grams container)
( I use Herb & Garlic .. but you can use  the Sundried Tomato & Roast Pepper as well)

    • Pull out 1 hr prior to making,  so it softens.. then add about 1-2 tablespoons of ranch dressing/ Caesar
    • And mix together in a bowl  – the Ranch Dressing helps the cream cheese spread easier on to the wraps

Then veggies:   celery, cucumber , peppers, carrots, radish. Green onion,
broccoli  & cauliflower –.

Slice & dice the vegetables.. I use the carrot pealed to shave thin pieces of carrot & cukes.
    • I grate the peppers .. and place on paper towel to get out the moisture
    • Chop finely the broccoli cauliflower celery  - easier to roll  in the wrap
    •
Spread out  about 4 wraps at a time  on the the counter, place a thin layer of the cream cheese
    • Sprinkle a bit of all the veggies on the wrap .. and roll … place in  Tupperware container .
    • - repeat …
Refrigerate for 1-2 hrs. and slice .

I won’t keep them for more than 1-2 days .. for the onion flavor will become quite strong.
