
Frieda's Honey Curry Chicken
Thanks Frieda!!! Best served with mashed potatoes or white rice.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Butter or optionally Margarine.
- 1/2 cup Honey.
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 teaspoon curry.
- 3 skinless chicken breasts, cut into smaller pieces.
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Melt butter/margarine in glass baking dish.
- Stir in honey, mustard, salt and curry.
- Roll chicken in mixture.
- Arrange in a single layer and cook for 45 to 60 minutes. After 30 minutes of baking flip chicken.
- To thicken the sauce, put 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon cold water in to a container and shake, then add this to the sauce, stir and heat until thickened.
