Full Thrust Game
Overview
The Kra-Vak have placed a listening post on an asteroid in the Oort Cloud of the system LV-3756+3. They are using it to eavesdrop on secure NSL communications in the vicinity.
With the chance that their will be a quick response by Kra-Vak forces, the NSL have decided to send a far heavier Task Force.
The Kra'Vak forces do respond but with larger ships.
*** This was run as a convention game, and uses larger ships to add more fun and playability to the game, especially to new players ***

Scenario Setup
- The a 4' x 8' table is divided into 2 foot by 1 foot sectors.

- The Kra-Vak will place the eight asteroids on the table where no asteroid is closer that 14” from the next nearest asteroid, one in each sector. They will privately designate the one with the listening post, by marking it.
- Asteroids do not block line of sight nor movement.
- NSL ships will arrive on a long edge of the board within 4” of the edge of the board and within 6” of another NSL ship at speed 4”, the starting facing should be perpendicular to the board edge.
- Sensors may scan an asteroid by being near the asteroid after movement.
- At a range of 0"-3" a 4+ needs to be rolled on a d6.
- At a range of 4"-6" a 5+ needs to be rolled on a d6.
- At a range of 6"-12" a 6+ needs to be rolled on a d6.
- If more than one ship is near the same asteroid they may team up by giving a +1 to one roll. The extra ship/ships do not get a separate roll but modify the main ships effort.
- Due to the radiation of the Oort Belt, FTL navigation is more random from the perspective of exiting FTL space. To this end the Kra-Vak arrive at random locations based on the following table.
Long Edge Short Edge Roll 1 2-3 4-5 6 1 A B C D 2-3 E F G H 4-5 I J K L 6 M N O P - The Kra'Vak player may choose to force the engines and navigation system to come out in a more desirable place. Each adjustment attempt gives the Kra'Vak player a modifier of one (they may either add or subtract one from the dice roll for that ship). The cost of this adjustment is 1-3 damage points to the ship with each adjustment attempt. You must pre-designate if you want to add and how many adjustment attempts to add.
