Joanne's Lemon Roasted Potatoes
What can you say about lemon roasted potatoes... aside from, they are great.
Ingredients
- 8-10 Peeled White or Yellow Potatoes.
- 1 cup Water.
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice.
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil.
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt.
- 2 teaspoons Dried Oregano.
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper.
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Place into roaster.
- Mix Water, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil and Spices.
- Pour liquid over potatoes in roaster.
- Bake at 325 Degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until tender to fork.
