Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken
I found this recipe on the back of a old can of mushroom soup.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
- 1 cup salsa ( mild or medium ).
- 1/2 package taco seasoning (reduced sodium optional).
- 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed).
- 1/2 cup sour cream (reduced fat optional).
Directions
- Mix taco seasoning, salsa and soup in slow cooker.
- Add chicken to slow cooker.
- Stir, so that chicken is coated with mix.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
- Serve with rice.
