Project: Desk

I built this corner desk when we moved into our house quite a few years ago. The left drawer was home to a scanner {until it died}. Also, the left bottom drawer is a filling cabinet style. 

The drawer slides are Blum 230 3/4 extension on the right drawer and Accuride full extension on the Scanner Drawer. The black fan cover is a surplus from Princess Auto {you never know what you stumble on in the surplus aisle}. I custom build a computer fan with a brick transformer on the left box that contained the CPU, as it gave off a lot of heat. I made the counter top myself with a black/grey pebbly laminate.

I should have made something to install the CPU on to allow it to slide out... perhaps a sliding platform... oh well... next time.

Over all I am quite proud of it.
